Lauren has been in the real estate world for almost a decade! Her goal in starting this amazing team was to impact as many families as possible and her team has made this goal a reality!  She works with buyers, sellers and investors and she is constantly house hustling in some form or fashion. It's an addiction for her, a healthy addiction! When she isn't with the team or clients, she loves checking out new local food spots and cheering on the STL Cardinals. She loves dogs, sometimes more than people, and loves traveling even if it's quick weekend getaways and experiencing new places, or frequenting her favorite places, with the people she loves!

Adam is our fearless leader who not only serves his clients day in and day out but he also mentors and develops all our agents. He is patient, caring and driven and thinks outside of the box. This is clear in his relationships with his clients as well as the impact he has on our agents. When he is not saving the world, you can find him coaching his boys’ sports teams, traveling with his family and, from time to time, sinking a 50 foot putt on the golf course!

Director of Operations

Jenny is the glue that keeps the team together. She is always in the background making sure clients have an exceptional experience and supporting the agents any way she can. I am not sure the word "No" has ever come from Jenny's mouth! Outside of the office, Jenny loves hiking, camping and hanging with her family. She is her boys' #1 fan at every hockey game and loves checking out new places to eat!

1. Transaction Coordinator

Tifni is a super hero, really she is! From the second our clients go under contract, Tifni is dotting every “i” and crossing every “t”. She works directly with our clients, their lender, our inspectors, other agents, title company, and pretty much every single person involved in the closing process. She is a problem solver and will do anything to ensure our clients have a smooth and successful closing. To be honest, we aren’t sure exactly when Tifni sleeps, she is always available and always working. On the rare occasion she is out and about, you can find her with her kids or her grandchildren. She loves her family and that is where she enjoys spending her off time.

Listing Coordinator

Ann worked as a Client Care Specialist in Real Estate for many years and prior to that was in fundraising in Los Angeles, California. She is happy to be back in the Midwest and closer to her family. She enjoys being creative, gardening, yoga, spending time in nature, going to art fairs & outdoor summer concerts, cooking with friends and spending time with her family. She absolutely loves animals and occasionally dog sitting for friends’ fur babies!

Buyer's Agent

Hayley is our team's secret weapon! There is a lot that goes into exceptional service to ALL clients and Hayley's day to day with our clients and our agents, is part of how we make it happen! Her passion for her clients and her knowledge of houses- the in's and the out's- is next level. She is truly an expert when it comes to helping buyers find the perfect house! Hayley is very close with her family so when she is not face to face with clients, she is usually spending time with her family. She enjoys watching movies, Cardinals baseball and just laughing and enjoying quality time with her family and friends. While she enjoys being on her couch in her jammies, she also loves exploring new restaurants and going on exciting and adventurous vacations.

Jaimie is like no agent you will ever meet. Every single client is like family to her, and she goes above and beyond for every single one! Whether it's helping them pack the day before closing or spending hours on the phone negotiating the absolute best deal, Jaimie always has her client’s best interest above all else. When she isn't dominating the real estate market, she is going on some new hiking adventure, playing with her amazingly adorable dogs, Pidge and Yoshi, or jamming out to live music!

Angie is one of a kind and we are constantly thankful to have her on our team. You have to experience Angie to truly understand what we mean; her clients see it immediately! Her love for her clients and love of real estate is evident in everything she does. We must force Angie to relax and enjoy some free time otherwise she will work, work, work. In that free time, Angie likes antiquing, going out to the movies and more than anything she loves spending time with her parents, her kids and her grandkids. The team is turning her into quite the foodie, she loves finding new and delicious places to eat!
